Shipping and Handling
After placing your order on Lino Sonego , you will receive an electronic confirmation that your order has been received in our system.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Order processing will begin promptly after credit approval and address verification, and your order will then be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Business days include Monday through Friday only. Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond Lino Sonego 's control. Currently, our standard shipping service is Bartolini and XXXX and we are only able to ship to addresses within the continental XXXXX.
Multiple Addresses: We regret that we are only able to ship to one address per order.
Product availability
Unfortunately, sometimes an item you have selected will become unavailable. Should this happen while we are processing your order, we will advise you via the ship confirmation notice which is e-mailed to you. No substitutions will be made to your order. We will simply cancel the item on your order form and deliver the balance of your order promptly. Your credit card will not be charged for any unavailable item. |
